Membership FAQ:

  1. What’s included in the membership?
Your membership includes the purchase pedicures per month (GEL SHELLAC not included.)
  1. Does my pedicure credit roll over if I don’t use it?
No, credits do NOT roll over. If you don’t use your monthly pedicure, it will expire at the end of the month.
  1. Can I share my membership with a friend or family member?
No. Memberships are non-transferable and are for individual use only.
  1. Does the membership include gel shellac polish?
No. The membership automatically comes with regular polish. Gel/shellac polish, and other premium services are not included but can be purchased as upgrades
  1. How do I renew my membership?
Memberships must be renewed manually. Please visit us in person before your membership expires to continue uninterrupted service.
  1. Can I cancel my membership?
You may choose not to renew at any time. However, all membership fees are non refundable and non transferable.
  1. Do I need to make an appointment?
No appointment is required. Walk ins are welcome and encouraged! However, please note that service is provided based on availability, so there may be a short wait during busy times.
  1. Can I upgrade my pedicure?
Yes! You can upgrade your service by paying the difference in price!
  1. What if I lose my membership info or forget my status?
No worries! We keep a record of your membership in our system. Just ask our front desk for help.
  1. Can I gift a membership to someone else?
Yes! Gift memberships are available for purchase. The recipient must activate their membership within 30 days from purchased date.
